Microkeratomes are the tools with a
special blade used in LASIK surgery for preparing flap .
The required flap is prepared by moving on cornea and cornea

developed for flap preparation part of surgery which is the most
critical one. They achieve flap removal by replacing keratome

Laser points vaporize the

opening in a width of 2/1000 of a milimetre. This opening is
thinner than the incision made with blade and like a
separation giving less harm to the tissue.
